I agree with Hugh. The ads say that you can make $5,000 - $10,000 per month as a notary. Kinda hard to do that at 10 bucks a pop for regular notarial services.
Of course, if anybody knows any other ways to make that kind of money as a notary, other than being a signing agent, I'm sure we're all ears in here.
I think it's quite clear that Joan has no plans to respond or explain herself. Hopefully people like Sylvia will stop recommending Joan's materials to new signing agents. If she's going to make her money by these deceptive practices, she certainly doesn't deserve any additional business from the rest of us. |
