| Sounds familiar, I did a signing for them, their check bounced, says she was on her honeymoon and would take care of it. As of yet she has not. Also, the IPT used to use a company in Florida who screwed me out of many closings....they must all be doing this together. Odd that a Title company would use two different companies that would both not pay. After they told me they would send me a new check they had the nerve to call and ask if I could do another closing.....I said I don't work for companies who bounce checks to me! This check bounced for the second time on April 18, and I have not yet recieved payment. It says American Real Estate Service DBA Complete Closings. I am also going to contact the police. If I don't get the money at least I will get the satisfaction of having them being harassed. |
