>>> I have to say this is one of the most unprofessional post I have ever read. Have you read the “rules” of posting? First let me say slander, providing personal information on a specific person and or company can be grounds for a lawsuit. <<<
First, I did not find John's initial post to be unprofessional. He simply posted his experience. You may want to review msg #63992 before responding about perceived professionalism. Second, what "personal information" about a company or person did he provide? If a company is an LLC, then the officers of that company are listed as public record. Even sole proprietors who do business leave themselves open to public scrutiny, just like you (Heather's Mobile Notary Service).
I won't comment on the situation as I don't know anything about it. But, it was presented by someone that has earned my respect and therefore I don't doubt that it happened.
