I never understood why we realtors had to listen to the lectures over and over. We have no power on things like that but regardless of the rules, having someone sign a deed to sell a property without ever seeing the numbers is downright unethical and just wrong IMO.

I looked at your link and it was like a nightmare re-emerged!
