| We all have a tendency to think our business is much like it was before Covid. I had a SS owner explain to me a while ago that a lot of the employees of title and lenders, and probably SS employees are now working from home, especially if they have children that are doing online school or their daycare has closed. These employees sometimes don't start their workday until well in the afternoon and evening, when they can dedicate time to their business without interruptions. |
