Trouble with title/escrow and signing services...?!

Is there a universal melt down going on? February has been full of delayed documents, Signing Agencies randomly assigning me orders without checking my availability and at-the-table cancelation for mistakes in the document. Signers have also canceled at the table because they changed their minds.
