I have been in this business in one way or another for over 32 years. I have used various printers. I will never own another Brother (I have tried 3 of them)! Cannons are useless. HP are workhorses, but I suggest buying a bit of an older model. I loved the HP Laserjet 4250's for years. Now my favorite is the LasterJet600 series. I bought one new the year they came out and it is still running great. I bought a refurbished one off Amazon a year ago to go into a 2nd office, and it works great. They last longer when you buy OEM printer cartridges also. The cartridges can be expensive but if you use Toner Buzz or Ebay you can get OEM for a great price.
I also do not advise getting a multi function. You should have a printer and a separate scanner. Multi functions are too slow printing. |
