Yeah, this should be in JP, but since it isn't, just one generic comment... For a more realistic perspective, I believe we need to beware of statistics that show 'average' vs. 'median'. The use of averages is extremely misleading, especially when the variance between numbers at the top and at the lower end is so extreme, with enormous executive salaries and bennies. It skews the numbers - sometimes dramatically. I suspect that there's a very significant difference between the 'average' employee described above and the 'typical' RR employee... |
