I agree I have done closings for Mortgage Connect and the sister companies for over 15 years and there fee have become lower and lower. They tell me the volume is down, but we as notaries still do the same work and it costs us even more now with inflation so you are right STOP TAKING LOW FEE CLOSINGS.
