| I've had that happen at Fedex multiple times. I also ask the staff if they're cool if I offer first. Even though they don't offer the service, I never want to be accused of illegal soliticing. They've never said no, but sometimes the person who needs the notary looks at me like someone trying to sell speakers out of their trunk in a grocery store parking lot. |
