One day I was in line at a FedEx to drop off some signed documents. Ahead of me in line was someone who wanted something notarized. He was told that FedEx no longer provides notary services(because of a lawsuit), so I spoke up and said that I had my stamp and seal in the car. I then took him aside and notarized his document.
Long time ago I read about a notary who would pack her stamp and seal in the car whenever she went out. Then she could notarize on the spot if she came across someone who needed it. Pehaps we should consider doing that also. |
