| This is precisely why companies like Snapdocs are not going away anytime soon. The SS love that platform. It makes their lives easy, giving THEM the power to dictate the terms of a closing, rather than have to negotiate a fair deal. The only way we can live with that and maintain our dignity is to just learn to say "NO". If what a company is asking you to do does not meet your criteria for acceptance, there is no shame in turning down or ignoring an offer. You may have a fleeting moment of regret for passing up an opportunity, but that's a lot better than seething afterward because you were taken advantage of. |
