99% of the time it's on the borrowers. They get sent this via doc-u-sign by the lender. If they do not have it back with a time stamp open, it really cannot move forward. My LO was on me about this and until midnight or we had to reschedule. Could be an old email not updated? Did he not look? Did he delete it? Did someone just think it was spam? Who knows, but they will find out and "opps"...who doesn't even ask for 30 days seeing final numbers anyway? I can almost be certian it wasn't the lender...every on board getting the docs in...why didn't he say something when they called to scheldule? It really makes no sense...30 days.
