| It wasn't necessarily the fact that it broke, it was that I knew what the problem was (poorly installed or faulty paper tray handling due to a bad part), and even though it was under their 1 year warranty and I have proof of purchase, they refused to authorize its repair saying "since that problem isn't in our diagnosis list, we can't authorize any work." I have a HP in my car that's doing great and I just replaced the Bother in my home office with a Canon MF445dw which so far is kicking it. |
