Good for you, Janet!  Glad it all worked out in your favor.
As to a missing CD -- had a package once a few months ago that was missing CD. When I asked TC, they explained that it had been sent directly to borrowers, who would be signing and returning themselves. Okay. I didn't question it. (Maybe TC/borrowers didn't want anyone else seeing this financial part of the deal? IDK) Obviously, it was already handled.
