Re: What, no CD in package?

I had one last month where the CD was there, but it hadn't been sent to BO in advance - and they picked the wrong person to do that to! The wife was the primary BO (a CFO, I believe) and had specifically requested no impound account, which the loan did have. She had even called the day before asking for a copy of the CD to review and I believe she would have caught that mistake. Not surprisingly, it ended up in a redraw, which I handled for them the next day.

The good news was that the title co had my back and arranged for the LO to reach out to me directly to pay my full fee for the first signing, which had been adjourned. He was even nice about it! Once in a while, things work out well in the end. Every now and then, I find it helpful to remind myself that there are still lots of good folks in this industry - even among loan officers. Wink
