Just curious here. Questions:

Would both IDs be valid, government-issued photo IDs? Both valid at time of notarization? How is she obtaining another ID with second name?

Are the two names similar, i.e. Debra Smith aka Debbie Smith? Or, are they completely different?

As a reminder, credible witnesses are not allowed in a case as you describe as signer DOES have a valid ID.
