If she's signing as an AKA, that's usually covered on the Signature/Name Affidavit with any variations. I don't think I've ever included the AKA in my notary certificate. As a notary, I just have to be certain that it's the same person. We're very aware of name changes for women with marriage, divorce, etc. & I make allowances for that. I don't necessarily require an ID with both names. Again, the notary acknowledgement contains the name of the person who signed.
