Same as Janet. Whenever I've run across this, I simply draw a box around that disclaimer.
Also agree with Expeditor insofar it maybe getting caught sometime later down the road when it may be too late and, if recorded, document may be rejected causing some big headaches to the affected individuals. Can you imagine your Will or Trust is contested and/or tossed because of that little item?? ;( |
