The recent star ratings are a good indication of what is going on with the company. You will probably see comments frequently about offering low fees. That, unfortunately, has now become common for a lot of companies that used to pay over $XXX and now only offer $XX. Pay attention to any comments about late payments, especially if the payments are 60, 90 or more days late. That's a good indication that the company is in trouble financially.
Don't assume the comment is a false accusation. The notary posting the comment is letting us know what they've experienced, good or bad. They might have also posted a comment on the forum, so use the search button on the forum to look up comments about the company. And, use other search engines, like Google, to look up info about the company.
This all sounds like a lot of work, but you own your business and you want to make sure that you lend credit to a company with a good credit rating.
