I deduct travel time and 45 minutes for printing/ reviewing/ prepping and work the time back from there.
When my "red zone" is less than 30 minutes from all of that, I call the signers and see if they know if there was an issue, if it was cancelled and see what their status is and report back to the hiring agency.

May times the signers know more than we do and we are the last to know.
When I find if the signers still want to continue is when I let everyone know and we sign or get a later time.
It's a dance we have to play, and nobody likes it when there is something holding it up. It's nobody's fault, just the way things play out.

I quit stressing over this stuff a long time ago, and I will get it signed if they still want to sometime before midnight.
