You Get Paid!

After paperwork is complete the mobile notary will hand you a check on the spot !

This entire process typically completes in under 1 week.

*For escrowed properties, payments are distributed by the title company.*

Nope, not me...Not involved with handling the funds. They should be wired and not handed a check by us. If I was the seller, I'd also insist on that.
