If the confirmation says overnight docs and it ends up being edocs, you need to contact the the team leader, not the scheduler to update the system and update the confirmation.
I sent last month's invoice on July 8 and received my check, in full yesterday.
I was told to send both National Link and Service Link invoices to the Caraopolis, PA address. Not the Aliquippa and this has sped up the process. |
