| Carol, I know which tc you are talking about. I now call borrower and, ask if they received the appraisal and , answer is yes they do. Now, the tax returns I do print out for them to sign. I have asked about that one I have been told that they should sign again. You never know when the appraisal is included. Can you believe they want us to print that? Oh my! |
