Funding Docs-Did I go beyond what I should have done?
Posted by  Carolyn Breckenridge of FL on 11/22/11 10:50amMsg #404693
I have a closing scheduled for today. When I got the package some of the forms that were required to be signed by the seller (REO Property) and other documents were not completed. I called the SS to get direction. They called the TC and they said to go ahead and just have them signed by the buyer and emailed them to them and they would get them completed before funding. Ok, the problem is we are closing at the lender's office. What would you do? I would assume that the lender would want to have the funding documents at the table. I called the SS company and pointed this out to them.
