Jahari - In Texas, after two weeks of signing up with signing services I got my first appointment and things rolled very well after that. You will be called for assignments...I think one or two places has a place you can check for assignments...they don't do that much in Tx however.
In Texas, things have slowed down considerably. I do not know how hard it would be to start at this time...probably harder than I had it.
I am not a member of the NNA but would think that it might help you get started.
IMHO - don't solicit lenders and title co's until you have solid experience.
If I had a mom in the biz who was turning down assignments...well...she wouldn't be. I'd get all I could from her. |
