I am informing the board of this company! I did a purchase closing for them EOM in Feb. They have refused to pay me and have totally ignored my calls, faxes, emails and Demand letter! I have never in my career had a company do this! They are the Lender in this case as well as the TC.
Since it was EOM I did not have time to research these guys so I know its all on me, but I dont want anyone else to fall victim to this outfit. I have added them to SC.
They are in Cleveland so its not far from me, wonder if I just showed up what they would do? Has anyone else done that?
