So important -especially in this slow time. Doing all I can to "shine" so I get seen First - BEFORE the middle guy. Sending out client reviews. My ratings only ones I really need to be concerned about, so as much Direct work as possible comes my way (can't do enough for My bottom line right now and unable to finance someone else's business model, platform, etc.).
