where my name is listed on the est c/s and CD. And, yes, I have had to do this before....rarely. I'm just hoping it's not a new trend. You would think it would be enough if the borrs have signed the CD, the est. c/s, and the final CD. Obviously, I'll follow the instructions for this valuable client.
