... licenses … for any state. We notarize signatures. So, it depends on what the liquor license holder needed. Did he or can he provide a document saying that this is a true and correct copy of an AZ liquor license? Then you could administer an oath, do a jurat and send him on his way. This would prove he had a liquor license. Other than that I can't really think of what the document holder was needing …?
