What if the borrower or lender are against the use of this "Prime Time for Fraud" system?.. Many of my repeat clients are very particular about their docs. Just wait about 2 years for all the cases to hit, wife and boyfriend refi the house and run off, vacation home sold outright, kids pushing elderly parents into something they don't understand... All the notary on the other end know is they get a $15.00 commission on every package signed during their 4 hour shift.
