I suspect they'll open up subsidiaries under a different name that will be solely for handling signings and notarizations. It might be something similar to the companies that were created to hire appraisers, when they came under scrutiny years back, except that instead of hiring ICs, they may have them as employees in call centers (or some combination of the two). That way, they can get economies of scale for all the tech that will be required.
I have no idea if this would meet scrutiny, but it doesn't seem like there's much of it going on these days anyway. |
