<<I don't know how some do 4-5-6 closings a day consistently>>

You echo what I've been saying all along. Logistically it would be impossible for me, considering that in addition to all of the factors that you mentioned, there is always the worry about when documents are going to arrive and needing time to print and prep the documents. Even if we got all of the documents the day before, who wants to be out in the field doing closings all day and then have to print at night in preparation for the next day? For all practical purposes, the most I do in a day is 3 closings, and then only if they're adequately spaced out in time, or close together in location.
