| Correct, it's just a platform, so not sure how they guarantee timely payments from their vendors. I have no complaints, the platform is straightforward, but lots of "hoops" to jump through. I missed the hoop of leaving/arriving at the closing and checking in because I do not bring a laptop and never check-in before the closing. I guess next time I will have to remember to tell them I am leaving. It's sort of hard doing back to backs, and in this case, a very rural closing, staying focused and then having to remember to let them know I am leaving, and your window is 1 hour. This closing was an hour away.... I am just not used to that. No deductions are made, but you gain points, so lost 10 points there. oh well, lol. My closing was last week, so see how timely they are. It was a good exercise, but not the "best" platform out there. jmo |
