Having same problem you are, Cheryl. Poof...it posted! Quite a few years ago I did a signing for this outfit where I was to meet the B at a fast food place. That signing was uneventful and all seemed well. A few weeks later, I'm doing a signing for another co. at same fast food place. Finish it, B's leave while I'm packing up. The lady from the earlier signing suddenly plops down at the table, whips out a very small pile of papers and says "Need to get this done fast as I'm due back at work." Wait...what? Seems the first Loan Mod docs were wrong & they told her to meet me at same place for re-sign with correct docs--which they sent to her. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY'D HIRED/TOLD ME!! Oh, wth, let's do it--we're both here. So we did.
Then I e-mailed Xome about this total screw-up on their part...like you actually have to HIRE the notary and it was just pure luck that I was there and in a good mood and did it. But I expect to like, you know, BE PAID. And they not only paid me, but it was the same fee as the previous one, which included printing. Nevertheless, they seem to be disorganized from time to time.
