The part that notaries need be concerning themselves with is not if you agree w/ their practices, but if you are legally able to "present" or "represent" these companies. Easy answer>>> "No". We are not employees, we are not trained by them on their payroll to represent or had training in their presentation, and your E&O will not cover you for this.
You are the only person these people will ever see, the last to go to finalize the first to get called into court because your represented them. Easy answer to these $65.00 assignments NO!!
