If the signature line shows John Doe, Individually and as Trustee, it is ALWAYS signature only. How a lender "wants something" is spelled out right in front of you. As Clem says, signing as Trustee here, negates the individual responsibility aspect of the document. Calling and asking that question just shows that you don't know what you're doing. What can be confusing for some newbies is that certain lenders want signature only on lines that specify John Doe, Trustee. Some want Trustee written after the signature, others want signature only. If instructions are not there, then call - that IS actually good advice. |
