However, you should start setting up your background search on clients by running City business licenses and names: John J. Samarin license exp 02/15/2017 address then was 10621 N Pierpont Cir, Fresno, CA 93730 - you will also see spouse name. then run zabasearch too and of course our CA SOS biz search. Use the address to mail an invoice demanding payment or resorting to Client for payment - this one is ALWAYS a last ditch effort - you cannot hurt yourself - done it a few times over the years and gotten paid on bills that were 1 year old!.
