I picked a lousy time to get sick. Came down with some kind of stomach ailment late Saturday which had me flattened all day Sunday. I turned back whatever I had on the books for today and turned down a whole bunch of others for today. Very frustrating! The only exception was one good paying GNW assignment I felt good enough to do where I was just in and out. Came home and went right back to bed. It was worth it, though, as I'm feeling almost good as new again. 
Apparently, though, even the notaries in my area who work for low fees were booked up, or else bunches of them have left the business. I saw one assignment from a SD company come through three times, with slightly increasing fees, and even got a call from them eventually. (Still wasn't interested.) I'm going to hold onto that possibility as a silver lining! |
