My phone was burning up with texts and phone calls.
Funny how they can reschedule something to another day when "they" want to. Already had a previously scheduled 6:00. Got a call (from one of my favorite SS) for a 6:30 for location 40 minute drive from the 6:00. Told SS I could do at 8. She checked with everyone involved and called me back with ok and sent confirmation. Called borrowers and they confirmed. I printed docs. 5 minutes after printing, call from SS again. Borrowers changed their mind. 8 is too late and they want to sign 8/27th at 6:30 and same docs are ok. All righty then! Tuesday it is!! 
Then I get a call from other favorite SS at 7:15 saying she's got a 7:00 (yeah right, like that's happening!) and wants to know if I can do on 8/27th. Inform her I've already got a 6:30 and can accommodate hers at 4:30 and require docs immediately. She took notes and said she'd call back if all was doable. No call back. Oh well ….
At 8:50pm text comes through for signing 1-1/2 hr drive from me for $325 from Armour Settlement. I was tempted momentarily. Nah. I'll leave that to the younger folk.
