The biggest reason for not going through with it is kids going to school in the AM and being very dark walking and bus stops. When they "fallback" it's not so dark in the AM. #1 is for their safety. Besides that, it would really screw up TV programs as most east coasts are sent from NYC. If they didn't change ugh, lol I want to keep it the same.
