| Before VT's recent law change I usually didn't write a doc description even if the signature was on a different page because of page numbers, headings, footers, barcodes, etc. With the new law I need to add a loose cert because I've yet to see a compliant cert provided to me, except when I gave the oath of office to a fellow notary. |
