commissions. Texas is one of the top five states with the most notaries. I'm not saying this to discourage you and it doesn't mean it's hopeless for you as a Notary Signing Agent. But it does help explain why you're having a tough time.

Consider focusing on General Notary Work, or other services. Tonight I headed to Chiropractor's office to notarize office documents. Medical providers need notaries on a regular basis. Once you get a loyal customer base you can do quite well.

How about Remote Notarization? I heard it got approved in Texas. So you probably have as much experience with as anyone else (save a handful of notaries).

Yes, it's not going to be easy getting started in this business in 2019 but with a lot of patience and hard work, I bet you can pull it off.
