mine was last Friday.....5 signers....220 pages.....one signer is 94 yo. Everybody else signs and they want to leave grandma to sign last. She's napping. She comes to the table to sign, signs the escrow docs, then we get to the lender docs. I thought she was snoozing, but, she pipes up and says, "You know, young lady, my name is spelled wrong on all these loan documents." I do a mental Scoobie-do screech to a halt. Sure enough, escrow documents are correct, lender docs have her name wrong on every single page. I call escrow, and EO says, I'll reach out to lender, hopefully, we can just line through, correct and initial. At 4:50, EO calls and says, lender insists on full redraw.....we had to re-schedule to the next day.....
