Unusual (but not unheard of) for lender to do the hiring. (It's usually the title co.) Be sure you ask lots of questions and know where to send your invoice and who will be responsible for paying it...
As for how much, Lee/AR may be right for your area. In my area, if I even accepted one that far away - which is doubtful - I'd probably ask for more, maybe a good bit more. |
