| I heard similar for Seacoast representative. She thinks another year or so and will platuau...election years are usually pretty stationary. Our houses went up way too fast and overinflated again right now. Not all bad news, in 2 years I am looking to buy so I will be jumping in on the right market trend. It's not all doom and gloom for our line of work. People will refi while they still can, loan modifications when they slip on payments, investment properties will be snatched up...people dumping their vacation homes...(talking FL) |
