And then, make sure you know who it's coming from. Lots of fraudsters are focusing on our industry, often 'spoofing' real people at title companies who have nothing to do with this and may not even know about this.

If you've already clicked on a link from them, I highly recommend you run Malwarebytes (there's a free version) to check for computer worms, ransomware, etc. Even if nothing appears to be wrong at present, sometimes these clowns wait a while before running ransomware attacks that can shut down your entire pc unless/until you pay them what they ask.
