Since notaries are appointed by states, only a state could create any sort of official badge or logo. To the best of my knowledge, no state has done so.
You are free to create your own logo, as long as it isn't a copy of somebody's else (which would be a copyright violation). If you are a member of some organization, that organization might let you use theirs (or they might not). |
