Re: deedsearchers AKA Affinity Land Services LLC

Received a PM from OP asking how to go about filing a complaint against the offending title company located in Pennsylvania. Thought this might help other victims out there.

A title company issues title insurance. Therefore, they must be licensed by the state in which they do business -- may be several states.

On the original post, I Googled Affinity Land Services and came up with http://www.deedsearchers.com/index.html
which tells the public they issue title insurance. In response to PM, I Googled PA insurance licensing dept and added file a complaint. Came up with http://www.insurance.pa.gov/Consumers/File%20a%20Complaint/Pages/default.aspx

Google is our friend. Now it's up to OP to follow through. Wink
