Election year, time for back & forth notarizations
Posted by  VT_Syrup of VT on 1/22/20 12:46pm Msg #614856
Come March, it will be time to elect a new town clerk. If it works out like previous years, I'll administer the oath of office to the new or returning town clerk as soon as we finish counting the votes.

Then near the end of the year the town clerk will administer my oath of office so I can renew my commission.

I was reminded of this by the posting about the new CA notary newsletter. Unlike CA, both the notarizations I described will be on the basis of personal knowledge.
